By downloading, installing, or using the Status Saver Android application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Purpose of the Application

Status Saver is an independent utility toolkit designed to assist users in saving temporary media files (videos, photos, GIFs) stored on their own mobile devices, managing contacts via direct chat, and formatting text messages.

Important Trademark Notice: Status Saver is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Google LLC. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Users are solely responsible for verifying the intellectual property rights and obtaining permission from original media creators before downloading, re-posting, or redistributing photos, videos, or statuses. GlobalDroid is not liable for any copyright infringement or unauthorized reuse of content conducted by users.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Status Saver application or website to:

  • Download or distribute copyright-protected media without the owner's explicit consent.
  • Engage in harassment, spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or illegal activities.
  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app without authorization.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. GlobalDroid does not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free, or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall GlobalDroid be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application or services.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the application at any time without prior notice.
