Privacy Summary: Status Saver is strictly a local utility application. We do NOT collect, store, transmit, or share your personal chat messages, phone numbers, contacts, or downloaded media. All files remain on your own device.

GlobalDroid ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Status Saver Android mobile application (Package name: statussaver.statussaver.statussaver). We respect the privacy of our users and are fully dedicated to protecting any information associated with your use of our app.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Status Saver does not require user registration, email sign-up, or third-party social login. Specifically:

  • No Private Messages: We have zero access to your chat conversations, audio calls, or chat history.
  • No Contacts Collection: When you use Direct Chat, the phone numbers you enter are processed locally on your phone and sent directly via standard official URL schemes (wa.me) to your messenger app. We do not store or transmit phone numbers.
  • No Cloud Media Storage: Videos and photos downloaded through Status Saver are written directly to your Android device's local gallery storage (e.g. /Pictures/StatusSaver/). No media files are ever uploaded to any external server or cloud service.

3. Device Permissions We Request

To perform its intended functions, Status Saver may request standard Android system permissions:

  • Storage / Media Access: Needed strictly to read locally cached status media files and save the selected photos or videos into your public phone gallery upon your request.
  • Internet Access: Used exclusively to deliver standard mobile ads (Google AdMob) or check for app updates via the Google Play Store.

4. Third-Party Services

To maintain Status Saver as a free application, we may display mobile advertisements provided by Google AdMob or Firebase analytics. These third-party services may collect anonymous advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID) subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Children's Privacy

Status Saver is rated for ages 3+ and does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

6. Security of Your Data

Because we do not store personal data on remote servers, your risk of a data breach or external leakage through Status Saver is nonexistent. Your data remains strictly on your personal Android device under your full control.
